Thank you to everyone who showed up during our five days of Strøm Festival!

From Christiania to DR Koncerthuset, from the packed metro to ambient at the park, from free sound system parties to dubstep and techno anthems at the city hall bell tower.

Here’s a selection of some of the most captivating photos:

On Wednesday, we opened this year’s festival at a sold-out Bremen Teater.

We traveled to space with Rumpistol and his all-star crew on stage – illuminated by cosmic lasers and lights by Vertigo.

On Thursday, Strøm was all over Frederiksberg – starting out at the Chinese Pavillon in Frederiksberg Have where Jessica Kert (DE) explored modular sounds from her Buchla 200e system.

Thursday evening at 21.00, we gathered in front of Frederiksberg Rådhus and listened to electronic anthems, from dubstep to techno, played by Joanna Stroz.

Friday, we set up Strøm Sound System outside DR Koncerthuset.

Less symphony and more sub! Afterwards, we went inside DR Koncerthuset’s Studie 2.

The day after, on Saturday, our Strøm Sound System was ready to rattle everyone’s bones once again with those deep bass frequencies at Fredens Eng, Christiania.

The moon was full, the stars aligned, and the crowd was locked in on the good vibes and the bass frequencies from start to finish.

On the last day of Strøm, it was time for our annual flagship event inside the running metro train: Trans Metro Express. Ekaliff, Talons, HEKT and Peachlyfe were behind the decks, playing 100% production sets.

For the first time ever, the Trans Metro Express ran on the M3 and M4, and we saw a lot of packed platforms.

Thank you to everyone who showed up on their best raver behaviour and made the metro a truly hot place to be.

On that note: THANK YOU to The Copenhagen Metro for letting the Trans Metro Express mayhem happen every year, thank you to DR Koncerthuset for allowing us to turn up the bass both outside Koncerthuset and inside Studie 2, thank you to Fredens Ark for making space for the Sound System Peace Party once again at Fredens Eng, thank you to Slots- og Kulturstyrelsen and Frederiksberg Have for allowing us into The Chinese Pavillon, to Bremen Teater for the soft seats for the Rumpistol space travel, to Lydbrøndene for the underground speakers, and to Frederiksberg Rådhus for letting us techno-fy the bell tower. And to the sound crew, the hands, the photographers, the bartenders, and to everyone behind the decks and in front of the speakers.
