Best moments from Trans Metro Express 2026

Thanks everyone who showed up for our annual flagship event, Strøm: Trans Metro Express 2026. We are blown away by the positive feedback, big smiles and amazing electronic performances inside the running Metro train, Sunday September 27.

For this year’s edition we took you on two very different journeys: an early morning Sunrise Journey, followed by the party train as you know it  – a bouncy, sweaty Sunset Trip as the sun went down.

First up: Sunrise Journey

As the sun rose and dissolved the morning fog, the train departed from Vestamager while vio lino (and their dad, by surprise) played an electro-acoustic live set. Lasse Martinussen followed with heartfelt lyrics and beats, Hasfelt played soft and sweet trip-hop, and Becca Reyes finished with a melancholic and meditative live session on guitar.

It was amazing to see so many early birds joining us for this very special morning ride.

The great finale: the Sunset Trip 

The stars aligned, and we were taken across borders, to the moon and back, with four outstanding performances.

As the trip began, the sky was pink and Dub Across Borders delivered a heavy dubwise session, closely followed by a technical, stomping live set from A.Dixen. Ayla Ondamoon sent everyone into space with her combination of fat drum’n’bass, her pitched vocal and powerful stage presence. And as the roof almost popped, Anastasia Kristensen took the lead, playing bangers from her new album.
